You’ve probably done deep breathing exercises. They are terrific for your health and are relaxing too. This time focus on the exhale; blow out all your air. And then some extra. Notice how you are working and toning your core muscles which are your singing muscles too.
Notice how deeply you inhale when you blow up balloons. Breathe low. I love the huge balloons from Publix or the Dollar Store. We play ‘balloon volleyball’ in our house. Our dog Sophie joins in and when she gets the balloon and pops it she wins!
