Three Things To Do Today To Help Your Singing:
1. Do a ‘flat back stretch’— bend forward, put your hands on a table, arms outstretched, so you are at a 90 degree angle, facing down. Breathe deeply, into your back, filling up the back of your lungs. Breathe slowly. It will center you for the day.
2. Go for a swim — and if you can’t swim today, pretend to swim.. Reach up with your arms, like you are doing a freestyle or breast stroke. Do this ten times or so, and breathe deeply.
3. Smile! — Focus your speaking as well as singing tone on your teeth and get a clearer tone… plus you will feel better and help others feel better!
